For buyers that are purchasing a home with a private septic vs. public sewer system, we can ease their minds by offering the Pro-Sept Septic Protection Plan.  This plan will provide up to $25,000 for repairs or replacement should the system fail in the first three years.

Additionally, sellers can offer the Pro-Sept Septic Protection Plan to their buyers.  The Pro-Sept Septic Protection Plan is transferrable to the new owners and can aide in the sale of the home.
